We offer container shipping, freight forwarding, air cargo, Less-than-Container Load (LCL) shipments, and related logistics services. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All shipments require advance booking and confirmation.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice. Full or partial payment may be required before shipment.

  • Payments can be made via approved methods only.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipment details to avoid delays.

5. Liability

  • Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the value declared by the customer or as regulated by applicable law.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  • Insurance coverage is recommended and available upon request at additional cost.

6. Prohibited and Restricted Items

  • Customers must not ship illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items as defined by local and international laws.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate shipments containing prohibited goods.

7. Customs and Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes, and fees in both origin and destination countries.

  • Aichmer Globall LLC will assist but is not liable for customs delays or additional charges.

8. Claims and Complaints

  • All claims for loss or damage must be reported within [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] of delivery.
